Extend the Love …

I have a photo of Grandma Jackman in a Christmas card which she sent to family in 1960. She later gave me a copy as a birthday card and she wrote this inscription:
“I came across this old picture. Hoping you will like to have it.” At the bottom she wrote: “To Linda on her 19th birthday. With Love Evermore. From Your Grandma Jackman.”
I cried when I read the inscription. I was 19 in 1964, 49 years ago, and Grandma Jackman has had a lot of great grandchildren since that time.
Grandma never had the opportunity to meet many of you and I feel honored to share this card with the family and extend her love Evermore to all of you.
